  • Shop the buyer’s loan with up to six different mortgage companies
  • Attend the home inspection and help negotiate repairs
  • Attend the closing

Although David helps all of his clients find lenders, insurance companies, home inspectors, attorneys, and other businesses involved in a home purchase, he dose not engage in questionable financial arrangements with them.  His relationship with these businesses is to ensure that you get the best price and best terms.  He dose not accept kickbacks.

How Are Exclusive Buyer’s Agents Compensated?

The majority of real estate agents owe their loyalty to the seller, not the buyer. The Real Buyer’s Agent works directly and exclusively for buyers only.
