David Kent | Charleston’s First Exclusive Home Buyer’s Agent

David Kent opened Charleston’s first exclusive buyer’s agency, The Real Buyer’s Agent, in 1995, with his business partner W.C. “Cece” Stricklin. This was a relatively new approach to the real estate business. Instead of acting as dual agents as most traditional agencies, The Real Buyer’s Agent only represents home buyers.

Since David and his team specialize in the buying process he has a vested interest in representing his client’s best interests. Of all the hundreds of real estate companies in the Charleston area, the Real Buyer’s Agent is the only exclusive buyer’s agency, consistently bringing home buyers unmatched service, support, and loyalty.

David and his team of Mount Pleasant based buyer’s agents’ focus on one basic objective: finding and negotiating on the property that fits you best. It doesn’t matter which company has listed the property, or if the owner is selling it themselves; David will show it to you and help negotiate the optimal price and terms. Whether you’re relocating from out of the area, buying your first house, ready to move into something bigger, or are ready for the prefect retirement home; David is here to help!
